As part of a larger promotional and branding campaign, this ad helped establish the client as the "home town choice" for buying and selling real estate. The competition was composed of the huge realty companies that specialize in volume over quality. The campaign helped Florida Living grab about 40% of the existing home sales market in the area. I did the logo, as well.
