I've read that people who surf the web actually read more than those who do not. Regardless, web copy is the life blood of the information world. It has to be concise and easy to understand. It also has to be thoroughly professional and correctly structured. Nothing, apart from a pair of 1970s clogs, is less appealing than a poorly written website.
